Work drinks

Ken came with me to a work drinks thing at a place called The Retreat near Union Sq. that looked like it was designed by the Log Lady from Twin Peaks. (Seriously, the Citysearch editor's review describes it as "a sleek, woodsy lounge in the Flatiron to attract nymphs and other night creatures"!) Free beer and h'or d'oeuvres, tho, and Ken got to talk about comix, so no one's complaining :)
